- High-pressure wash and degrease the full roof area to strip loose paint, dirt and surface contaminants back to a sound, bondable substrate.
- Rust treatment and Purple Prime on every corroded section, converting active rust and priming the bare steel so the coatings that follow bond properly.
- Flex and StretchSeal worked into every overlap, ridge and screw line, with ScrewSeal patches applied over each individual fastener to seal the penetration points that fail first.
- HydroSeal HF applied as the high-performance waterproof top membrane, followed by a premium two-coat roof paint finish to protect the sheeting long-term and restore a clean, uniform colour.

Every ridge, lap and screw line is now sealed against the weather, and the tired, rust-streaked sheeting has been replaced with a crisp, uniform finish.
